The audit starts from 15,000 SEK. After the discovery call you get a short proposal with scope, timeline and a fixed price, so you know the cost before any work begins. Anything after the audit is scoped separately, based on what the audit finds.

What does an engagement cost?
Engagements start with an AI readiness audit from 15,000 SEK. After that, everything is scoped to what your business actually needs. You will always know the cost before any work begins.
How long does a typical project take?
An audit takes one to two weeks. A full implementation, from discovery to a trained team using the tools, typically runs four to ten weeks depending on scope.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. I work globally from Stockholm. Discovery and training work well remotely, and I come on site when it adds value, primarily within the Nordics and Europe.
What happens after the first call?
If we are a fit, I send a short proposal with scope, timeline, and a fixed price. If we are not, I will say so and point you in a better direction. The call costs nothing either way.
