How long does a typical project take?

An audit takes one to two weeks. A full implementation, from discovery to a trained team using the tools, typically runs four to ten weeks depending on scope.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both. I work globally from Stockholm. Discovery and training work well remotely, and I come on site when it adds value, primarily within the Nordics and Europe.

What size companies do you work with?

Growth-stage companies of roughly 5 to 200 people. Large enough to have real workflows worth improving, small enough that change can actually happen.

What happens after the first call?

If we are a fit, I send a short proposal with scope, timeline, and a fixed price. If we are not, I will say so and point you in a better direction. The call costs nothing either way.
